We have registered at the following locations, available both on-line and near the wedding venue:

However, because we've lived on our own for several years, we already own many basic household items. (Do you need a slow-cooker? --'cause we have three!) In fact, we're facing the challenge of consolidating two households into a single one-bedroom apartment.

So in lieu of a traditional gift, would you please consider helping us with a project that we have coming up next year?

• In 2009, we're hoping to buy a small starter home! --which we know will mean many trips to Home Depot. It would put a big smile on our face if we had enough gift cards to help with our home fix-up and appliance purchases.

• We will need to purchase some furniture in 2009, such as a new mattress and a sofa. We would be thrilled with a gift designated for those purchases, or gift certificates to Denver Mattress Company.
